The Toni Grilling Basket is a stainless steel BBQ basket that clamps food securely so you can turn a whole tray of fish, steak or vegetables in one movement, instead of chasing pieces across the grill. It holds delicate fillets together, stops asparagus, sliced capsicum and prawns falling through the bars, and keeps everything in a single layer for even colour and char. Choose from two styles. The Deep Basket - Detachable Handle style is a rectangular basket with a hinged lid and a detachable black heat-resistant handle, roomy enough for salmon fillets with a pile of roast vegetables, and the handle lifts off so the basket can stay on the grill or slide into the dishwasher. The Flat Basket - Timber Handle style is a hinged rack with a long timber handle, ideal for clamping a whole snapper, steaks, lamb cutlets or corn and flipping them over the coals. Both are made from stainless steel wire that resists rust and handles high heat, and both lock closed so nothing slips out when you turn them. They suit gas BBQs, charcoal grills and campfire grates, are light enough to pack for a camping or fishing trip, and take the stress out of cooking the catch of the day.

Care Instructions
Allow the basket to cool, then soak it briefly in warm soapy water and scrub the wire with a nylon brush to lift any stuck-on skin or marinade. On the Deep Basket, remove the detachable handle first; the stainless steel basket can then go in the dishwasher, but the handle should be washed by hand. The Flat Basket has a timber handle, so wash it by hand only, never soak it, and dry the timber straight away to stop it cracking or splitting; an occasional wipe with food-safe oil keeps it in good condition. Avoid bleach, chlorine cleaners and steel wool, which pit and scratch stainless steel. Brush the wire lightly with cooking oil before each use so fish and meat release cleanly. Keep both handles away from direct flame, and use BBQ gloves when opening the hot basket. Dry the basket completely before storing it somewhere dry, especially near the coast.
