We currently ship to both Australia and the United States.

We do not charge shipping costs. Additional charges may only apply in the extremely rare case that an external carrier is required for a remote or rural location.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

• Order cutoff time: 5.00pm (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
• Order handling time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

Transit time:

• Australia: Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes between 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
• USA: Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes between 8-20 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Larger items such as furniture, floor lamps, chandeliers/pendants, select outdoor lighting, and oversized décor pieces may require additional delivery time due to their size, weight, specialised handling requirements and courier availability. These items are generally transported through specialised bulky freight services rather than standard delivery networks, which can result in longer processing and transit times. Depending on the item and delivery location, please allow up to 4–6 weeks for delivery.
• Battery powered items may be subject to extended shipping times.
• Custom items are subject to extended delivery timeframes due to the individual production and assembly process required for each piece. Depending on the item and delivery location, please allow up to 4–6 weeks for delivery. As custom items are non-returnable, customers are required to record a clear video of the entire unboxing process from start to finish with no pauses upon delivery. Please note, all custom items are thoroughly inspected and filmed prior to dispatch from our warehouse to verify they are sent in undamaged condition. Custom items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed.

• Commercial & Bulk Orders require extended lead times and do not fall within our standard processing and delivery estimates. Additional time is required to coordinate larger orders, with timeframes varying depending on order size, product availability and project requirements.
