Care Instructions
Wash the stainless steel spatulas, scrapers, tongs and egg rings in warm soapy water after cooking and dry them immediately, as moisture left on stainless steel causes water spots and, in salty coastal air, light surface rust. Avoid bleach, chlorine-based cleaners and steel wool, which pit and scratch the blades. Hand washing is recommended for the whole set, because dishwasher detergents dull the steel and repeated high heat can warp the black plastic handles. Never leave a spatula resting on a hot plate, and keep the handles away from open flames. Rinse the squeeze bottles and shakers in hot soapy water and let them air dry with the lids off before refilling. Tap loose grease off the cleaning brick after use and replace it when it wears down. Check every piece is fully dry before packing it into the carry bag, and store the bag in a dry spot out of direct sun.
