The Abbi Solar Step Lights make deck stairs, garden steps, balustrades and fence rails safer and more inviting after dark, without drilling holes or running cables. Each compact light hooks over the front edge of a step, the top of a deck rail or a fence cap, with its solar panel resting on top to catch the sun and its LED strip hanging over the face to wash light downward onto the tread or path below. A built-in light sensor switches them on automatically at dusk and off at dawn, so every step is clearly lit every night with zero running cost. Care Instructions
Wipe the small solar panel on top of each light with a soft, damp cloth every few weeks, as dust, leaves and footprints on deck steps can quickly block the sun and shorten the run time. Clean the polymer housing and the lens underneath with mild soapy water, rinse and dry; avoid solvents and abrasive pads, which will scratch the lens. Check that each light is still hooked firmly over its step edge or rail, especially after sweeping, hosing or foot traffic, and push it back into place if it has shifted. Do not pressure wash the lights or leave them sitting in pooled water. For timber decks, lift the lights off before oiling or staining the boards. If storing them over winter, charge them fully first and keep them indoors and dry.
