The Talandji Wood Pendant Light brings the warmth of timber to a kitchen or dining room in a shape that feels both Scandinavian and quietly sculptural. Its wide, low dome is built from fine vertical timber slats with small gaps between them, crowned by a slim tapered cap, so when the globe is on the light glows through the slats and casts soft stripes across the table and ceiling. Choose a light natural wood tone for bright coastal and Scandi interiors, or a rich walnut that suits moody palettes, dark joinery and Japandi rooms. It comes in two diameters: 43cm (16.9in) wide and 22.4cm (8.8in) tall, perfect in a pair over a kitchen island or beside the bed, and 55cm (21.7in) wide and 30cm (11.8in) tall, which holds its own over a round dining table. The black cord adjusts up to 150cm (59in), so you can hang it about 75cm above a dining table or 80cm above a benchtop on almost any ceiling height. It takes a standard E27 globe, a bulb is included, and it is hardwired for installation by a licensed electrician.

Care Instructions
Switch the Talandji off at the wall and let the globe cool before cleaning. Dust the timber slats regularly with a soft, dry brush or a vacuum on its brush attachment on low suction, working along the slats so you don't snag or bend them. Timber doesn't like moisture, so never wet the shade or use spray cleaners - a barely damp cloth on the outer surface, dried straight away, is the most it should see. Keep it out of steam and direct sun where possible, as both can warp thin slats and fade the natural or walnut finish over time. Use an LED globe of the recommended wattage so the timber is never exposed to excess heat, and wipe the black cord and canopy with a dry cloth.
