The Muxlow Linear LED Wall Light is about as pared back as a wall light gets: one slender rod of light crossing a round wall plate, finished with neat contrasting end caps. The integrated LED runs the full length of the rod and washes a soft band of light across the wall, giving a gallery-like glow that works as well above a bed or sofa as it does tracing the angle of a staircase - the rod can be mounted level or on the diagonal. Choose from three lengths to suit the wall: 68cm (26.8in) for a bedhead or desk, 98cm (38.6in) above a sideboard, or 128cm (50.4in) to span a sofa or a long hallway. All sizes are about 5cm (2in) deep, so it sits close to the wall. Pick a black or gold finish and a warm white (3000K) or cool white (6000K) light. It is compatible with a dimmer switch, so you can turn it down for evening ambience. Built from metal and aluminium with an acrylic diffuser, it is hardwired, runs on 110-240V and is rated for an LED lifespan of around 50,000 hours.

Care Instructions
Turn the light off at the wall before cleaning. Dust the rod and wall plate with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; for marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with warm water and a drop of mild detergent, then wipe dry. The black and gold finishes are coated aluminium and metal, so avoid solvents, alcohol wipes, bleach and abrasive pads, which dull and scratch the coating. Clean the acrylic diffuser strip gently with a damp cloth only - acrylic scratches easily and can craze if it meets ammonia or alcohol-based cleaners. Never spray liquid directly onto the fitting. The LED is integrated and does not need replacing. Install in dry indoor areas, away from showers, baths and anywhere the fitting could be splashed.
