The Lido Swing Arm Wall Lamp pairs a natural travertine dome shade with a slim black swing arm, so you can pull the light out over a bed, a chair or a desk and fold it back to the wall when you are done. The shade is topped with a small dark timber cap and finished below with a white opal globe that peeps out of the stone, softening the light into a warm, even glow. The travertine is natural stone, so its tone, pits and veining vary from lamp to lamp. The adjustable arm reaches 32cm (12.6in) from a compact 10cm (3.9in) round wall plate, and the shade measures 15cm (5.9in) across and 18cm (7.1in) tall, which keeps the lamp in proportion beside a bedside table. It comes with an energy-efficient LED bulb and mounts directly to the wall. Its mix of stone, timber and matte black suits Japandi, Scandinavian, coastal and modern Australian interiors, and it makes a natural reading light for bedsides, reading nooks, studies and cosy corners of a living room or kitchen.

Care Instructions
Switch the lamp off at the wall and let the shade cool before cleaning. Travertine is a soft, porous limestone: dust the shade with a dry, soft brush or microfibre cloth and never use water, vinegar, citrus or household sprays, which soak in and etch the stone. Wipe the black arm and plate with a dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that mark the matte finish. The small timber cap only needs a dry dust. Move the swing arm gently through its range rather than forcing the joints, and support the stone shade with one hand when changing the bulb. Suitable for dry indoor areas only, not for use inside showers or wet zones.
