Ivy Ergonomic Kneeling Chair changes the way you sit at a desk. The angled seat tips your hips gently forward while padded knee rests take part of your weight on the shins, encouraging a naturally upright back instead of the slump that creeps in over a long working day. The curved frame is made from multi-layer board - a layered plywood construction that is strong yet light - topped with 8cm (3.1in) foam cushions covered in linen fabric, and its rocking base lets you shift and sway as you work so you are never locked in one position for hours. Knob screws give three height settings to suit shorter, average and taller users, and every model carries up to 120kg (265lb). There are six styles: a natural wood frame with grey or cream cushions, an all-black frame, a larger natural frame with grey cushions, a pale wood frame with twin knee pads and a thicker 10cm (3.9in) seat, and a version with a padded backrest. Most models measure 82 x 54 x 55.5cm (32.2 x 21.2 x 21.8in), a compact footprint that tucks under a home office desk, study nook or dining table, and the chair doubles as a comfortable seat for reading or meditation.

Care Instructions
Vacuum the linen-fabric cushions regularly with an upholstery brush, then spot-clean marks with a cloth dampened in mild soapy water, blotting rather than rubbing; never soak the cushions or put them through a washing machine, as wet foam holds moisture and loses its shape, so let any damp patch dry fully before you sit on it again. Keep bleach, solvents and spray stain removers off the linen, which can fade the colour and weaken the fibres. The frame is multi-layer board, so wipe it with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry it straight away - standing water, spills or a wet mop around the base can swell the plywood edges and lift the layers. Avoid harsh cleaning sprays on the black model, which can dull its painted finish. Check the height-adjustment knob screws every few months and re-tighten them so the seat stays firm and quiet. Kneel only on the knee pads and sit only on the seat, never stand on the chair or load it beyond 120kg (265lb), and keep it out of direct sun beside windows to stop the fabric fading.
