Care Instructions
Wash the stainless steel spatula, tongs, fork and skewers in warm soapy water after each use and towel-dry them immediately to prevent water spots and rust, especially near the coast. Do not use bleach, chlorine cleaners or steel wool on the tool heads, as they pit and scratch stainless steel. Hand wash only: never put the wood-grain handled tools in the dishwasher or leave them soaking, because prolonged water and heat damage the handles and can loosen the fittings. Wipe the meat thermometer probe with a damp cloth after every use and keep the display and battery compartment away from water. Clean the grill mats in warm soapy water with a soft sponge, never with metal scrapers, and do not expose them to direct flame or temperatures above their rated limit. Knock residue off the wire grill brush after use and replace it as soon as any bristles look loose or worn. Let everything dry fully before returning it to the carry case, and store the case somewhere dry.
