The Amber Travertine Table Lamp is a small cordless light built on a base of genuine travertine, so it brings real stone texture to a shelf, bedside or desk without needing a power point anywhere near it. The rounded shade sits low over the stone and gives off a soft amber glow, the kind of light you want late in the evening rather than a bright working beam. Because it is rechargeable and completely cordless, it moves with you - from the bedside to the bathroom shelf, the study, a dinner table or a bookshelf - and the included remote lets you switch it on, off and adjust the light without getting up. Care Instructions
Travertine is porous, so wipe the base with a soft cloth dampened in plain water only and dry it immediately; never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach or bathroom cleaners, which etch limestone permanently, and avoid abrasive pads. A stone sealer made for travertine can be applied once or twice a year for extra protection against marks. Clean the shade with a soft, barely damp cloth and no solvents. Keep the charging port dry - this is an indoor lamp that can be carried around the house, not a waterproof one - and charge it only with the supplied lead. To keep the battery healthy, top it up before it goes completely flat and recharge it at least every three months if the lamp is stored unused. Do not open the housing or attempt to replace the battery yourself.
